Turnaround Time
We aim to have all orders set out within 24 hours. This timeframe can change during busy times such as holidays or sales, or unexpected delays.
Shipping Provider
We send all of our orders via Australia Post. Please visit their website for current postage times and any current delays.
Express Post
Paying for express post is for the fastest delivery service. It does not speed up the turnaround the time it takes to pack and post your order.
Tracking
All of our postage options include tracking. This applies for both domestic and international.
If for some reason your tracking hasn’t been included in your dispatch notice or you have misplaced your tracking number, please contact us.
Taxes and Duties
Any Taxes and or duties will be at the cost of the buyer. Please check with your country (or the country your order is being sent) to see if these apply.
Delayed, lost or damaged post
Please note that delayed postage is not at the hands of thesaltwatercollective and any issues with delayed, lost or damaged post is due to the shipping provider. In the event that your item is delayed, lost or damaged please contact us at hello@thesaltwatercollective.com.au and we will follow this up with our shipping provider. please provide any photos of damaged post.
