How long will my order take?

POSTAGE
How long will postage take?
We send all of our orders via Australia Post. Please visit their website for current postage times and any current delays.
I paid for express post, will this fast tack the turnaround?
No
Paying for express post is for the fastest delivery service. It does not speed up the turnaround the time it takes to pack and post your order.
Will I receive tracking with my purchase?
Yes.
All of our postage options include tracking. This applies for both domestic and international.
If for some reason your tracking hasn’t been included in your dispatch notice or you have misplaced your tracking number, please contact us.
My tracking says ‘pending’ what does this mean?
Some of our parcels are dropped into the red roadside box which means your tracking won’t be updated until it has reached its first destination. This can take a few business days. Please keep in mind weekends and public holidays as a reason for delayed updates.
RETURNS
Do you accept returns?
Yes
If your item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Please ensure you return your items in sturdy packaging WITH tracking.
Any returned items that are received damaged or lost in the post with no tracking can not be refunded.
Please also include your name and order number in the return parcel.
Do you refund shipping cost?
No
Unfortunately, shipping is not refunded on change of mind returns. All shipping will be at the cost of the buyer
