Crushed Shells

Bring the texture of the coast to sensory and messy play with our Crushed Shells. Similar to our Shell Sand with a beautiful coastal, tropical feel, these natural crushed shells make a beautiful reusable sensory base for beach inspired small worlds, potion play, sensory trays, scooping and pouring, and ocean themed play.

Use them on their own or combine with Saltwater Fizz, dried botanicals, shells and other potion ingredients to create rockpools, beaches and coastal landscapes. They can be used wet or dry and, after messy play, simply rinse, dry thoroughly and reuse for your next sensory adventure.

Care

After wet or messy play, rinse thoroughly with clean water. Spread out in a thin layer and allow to dry completely before storing. Store in a cool, dry place. Ensure shells are completely dry before returning them to their container to help prevent mould or unwanted germs and odours.

Safety

For play purposes only. Not for consumption. Contains small and naturally irregular pieces that may present a choking hazard. Suitable for ages 3+ with adult supervision. Some pieces may have rough or sharp edges due to the natural crushed-shell material. Check before each use and discard any pieces that become unsuitable for play. Avoid contact with eyes and mouths. Wash hands after use.
